This panel is intended to showcase how COCOM and their respective components are on-boarding or currently implementing their Innovation Ecosystems. The value proposition of incubating this type of endeavor on the edge is the proximity to the actual problem set and ability to proactively accelerate solutions. I believe this is a good exercise to allow industry to understand entry points to the ecosystem and energize interest/feedback.
