Please note that attendance at these sessions requires an active security clearance at the SECRET/NOFORN level. To confirm your participation, you MUST submit your security clearance information for verification. Please see detailed instructions on how to do so below:
Passing Clearances to IDA
All incoming visitors are required to submit their clearance with the IDA Technical Host’s (Meeting POC) Jessica West, 703-845-6760 failure to include this information will result in the visit being canceled in DISS.
Please send clearances via DISS with the following details:
· Host Facility: Institute for Defense Analyses
· SMO Code: 7A293 (collateral & SCI)
· Level: SECRET/NOFORN
· Visit Date(s): Tuesday, September 8th
· Visit Purpose: ET Conference Classified Day
· IDA Technical POC and Phone Number: Jessica West, 703-845-6760
· Security POC: Veronica Curtis or Norberta Ghansah; 703-845-2000; ReceptionDesk@ida.org Security POC CANNOT be used in place of IDA Technical POC; failure to include this information will result in the visit being canceled in DISS.
Facilities who do not have access to DISS may send clearances:

Facilities who do not have access to DISS, ensure the following details are included on the VAR:
· SSN, Place of Birth, Date of Birth, Visit Dates, Visit Purpose, and Meeting POC.
· Granted AND Briefing dates for clearance level and all special accesses if included.
