Gaylia Campbell is the Vice President of Engineering & Technology at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). She leads more than 6,000 employees, overseeing strategic direction, operational leadership, and talent development. Campbell has held various leadership roles within Lockheed Martin, including Vice President of Precision Fires/Combat Maneuver Systems and Vice President of Quality and Mission Success. Ms. Campbell graduated summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a Master of Science in Business Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SMU.
