
Jason Croyle
Jason Croyle is the Senior Intelligence Officer for Strategic Threats at NORAD and U.S. Northern Command. He has served with the Defense Intelligence Agency in various capacities since 1999. Mr. Croyle has served in his current assignment since 2012, with the exception of a 16-month period from 2022 to 2023 when he served as the Senior Intelligence Officer for Russia at U.S. Strategic Command. Prior to accepting his current assignment, Mr. Croyle served as a Strategic Threat Analyst within the NORAD-USNORTHCOM J2’s Asia Branch, assessing strategic threats to the U.S. Homeland emanating from North Korea, China, and Iran. He was also handpicked by the N-NC J2 to serve one year as a Duty Director of Intelligence on the N-NC J2’s Operational Intelligence Watch – the first civilian to serve fulltime in that capacity. Before his arrival at NORAD-USNORTHCOM, Mr. Croyle served as an Intelligence Analyst within various DIA offices, focusing on ballistic missile order of battle in China and India, strategic underground facilities in Russia and North Korea, and counterdrug issues in East Asia.
