Manuel Trujillo is the CEO of Swain Techs and President/Partner of Ace JV 8(a) NHO, where he has led his company to secure $40 million in prime federal contracts across six agencies by delivering AI, software development, and testing & validation solutions.

Prior to founding Swain Techs, he served as Global Director of Product Marketing at Motorola, scaling a product line from $40 million to $400 million in revenue over four years.

Mr. Trujillo holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a Certificate in Management from Harvard Extension. He is also Six Sigma Black Belt quality certified and completed four advanced specializations in AI and machine learning—including Generative AI, MLOps, and Deep Learning—through DeepLearning.AI under Prof. Andrew Ng.

Outside of work, Manuel enjoys biking and spending time with his family at local parks.
