Mark Webber
Mark Webber is Vice President for International, Global Programs & Policy at Lockheed Martin, where he leads efforts on international trade, export controls, global supply chains, and foreign investment policy.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, he held senior roles in the U.S. Government, including as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for South and Central Asia at the National Security Council, and as Special Advisor for National Security Affairs in the Office of the Vice President. He also served at the Department of Commerce and supported missile defense and arms control programs as a contractor for the U.S. Army and the former U.S. Arms Control and Disarmament Agency.
Mr. Webber holds a J.D. from George Washington University Law School and M.A. and B.A. degrees in comparative politics from American University.
