Marlu Oswald is the CEO and President of Seed Innovations, LLC, a woman-owned small business specializing in advanced data fusion and analytics. Since founding the company in 2013, she has led the development of systems capable of ingesting and processing over 60 terabytes of streaming data daily, supporting commercial and government clients in turning complex, multisource data into actionable insight.

With more than 25 years of experience in software, systems engineering, and national security, Oswald previously served as Vice President of Business Development at Solidyn Solutions and owned Elephant Rock Software, providing software solutions and consulting. She also held technical leadership roles at IHS Markit and SAIC.

Oswald holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and is known for bridging cutting-edge technology development with real-world mission needs. She is based in Denver, Colorado.
