Matt Bush is Deputy Division Chief of the Strategy Division of U.S. European Command. The Strategy Division develops and facilitates implementation –on behalf of the Combatant Commander– theater strategy that aligns with and directly supports the U.S. National Security Strategy, National Defense Strategy, National Military Strategy, and the NATO Military Strategy.    He was previously a Director in Parallax Advanced Research Corporation, a non-profit supporting Ohio academic institutions’ research and development. Prior to joining Parallax, Matt was a Presidential Appointee in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Matt is also an Army Reserve Officer that has deployed to Afghanistan and mobilized multiple times in the National Capital Region.
