Mike Miller

Defense Security Cooperation Agency, OUSD for Policy

Mike Miller is the Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), where he oversees U.S. Security Cooperation programs and aligns DSCA’s work with national security and foreign policy goals.

A member of the Senior Executive Service, Miller previously spent over two decades at the Department of State, most recently as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Defense Trade, overseeing defense exports and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

He also held senior roles in counterterrorism, regional security, and foreign affairs, including assignments in the Middle East and a Foreign Service tour in Libya.

Miller holds a B.A. in International Politics from Juniata College and an M.A. in International Affairs from Columbia University.
