David Schild
David Schild is Executive Director of the Printed Circuit Board Association of America (PCBAA).
PCBAA was founded in 2021 as a coalition of American companies and individuals supporting domestic production of printed circuit boards, integrated circuit (IC) substrates and the materials they are made of.
PCBAA members deliver critical technologies from across 34 states to every sector of the economy including critical infrastructure systems including for aerospace and national defense.
A graduate of George Washington University, David has over 25 years of experience inside the aerospace and defense industry, managing political engagement, employee communications, advocacy campaigns, executive coaching and external affairs for TRW, United Technologies and most recently Raytheon.
In addition to his roles in industry, David is a past President of the National Association of Business Political Action Committees (NABPAC) as well as a former adjunct faculty member with GW's Graduate School of Political Management (GSPM) where he taught from 2010-2019.
