Dennis is the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Integration Division Chief where he is responsible for integrating new technology, refining existing capabilities, and improving processes within the two commands.  Dennis is originally from Jeffersonville Indiana, but has lived most of his adult life in Colorado.  He joined the Air Force in 1984 where he served in the communications community.  Upon retiring from the Air Force in 2005 he went to work for Lockheed Martin as a systems engineer followed by a position at Delta Solutions and Strategies supporting NORAD and USNORTHCOM as a Systems Architect/Engineer.  He transitioned to a government position as the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Chief Enterprise Architect in 2015, and has held several positions since including the N&NC Chief Technology Officer, Cloud Operations Lead, Operations Support Division Chief, and transitioned to his current position in 2024.  Dennis is married and has one son.  He enjoys music, cycling, woodworking, motorcycling, classic cars, and spending time with his family and friends.

Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Public Administration. All from the University of Colorado.
